It just happened twice! Haven't been sick in over 30 yrs and can't quite believe what just happened

well done, it doesn't feel as bad as you think, like you i went 30 years with out vomiting, i better you feel better, nausea is a lot worse than vomitng

Honestly it happened so quickly I had no way of controlling it. Felt better almost immediately but its starting to build again. I just hope and pray it wont happen again.

I'm so shocked this happened but if it's finished at least I coped. However I've been to the loo 3 times since I v* no d* but now the sensation is returning. How can i stop it happening again

Im chewing a tiny piece of gum but Im struggling. Ive got a wet cloth across my neck and the fan pointed at me. Been to loo again but no d*. Safe to say Im not going to work today. My stomach feels like a washing machine

How do you feel now? Do you have any idea what may have caused it?

Awful. I'm doing all I can not to v* but lost faith in myself. All I can taste is something I ate yday afternoon so could b fp or a bug

Hi Claire, hopefully you are feeling better and rested now. Is thwre anything you can attribute this too? Did you take anything to try and help the nausea? Get rest and hope you are feeling better.

I took domperidone anti emetics and phenergan but didn't help. Think it just had to happen. I don't know if it was fp or sv. Even though id eaten after a cornbeef pasty it was that I could taste all the way through. Even when I burped. It's been 23 hrs since I last v* and I have slept on and off and actually nibbled on a plain biscuit 15 mins ago so hopefully the worse is over. Feeling very weak and I hurt from all the heaving

Thank u. A cornbeef pasty is meat potato & onion wrapped in puff pastry. It was from a very well known bakery. I've heard that there is a sv in my area so almost certainly that is what I have/had. I still feel unwell tbh. Am so scared it'll happen again.
