Hi guys. I am posting right now for reassurance as I am on the verge of a panic attack. Sorry if TMI... I just had watery diarrhea out of nowhere. I am extremely worried that it could be an sv. Although I am prone to diarrhea, I never have it watery like this. I know that I just need to calm myself down and wait to see what transpires.

I am particularly worried that I will start v* out of nowhere just like the diarrhea and that I won't even know it is happening.

What do you guys do to calm yourselves down from emet worries like this?

All i can say is that panic attacks give you diarhea especially if you're prone to it. That and bonine. Other then that I'm not much help, my phobia is in rare form.
