Oh I'm sorry you are feeling bad! When my son had dental surgery they said that the blood ingested could make him feel ill. They said to have him take a couple teaspoons of the heavy syrup in fruit cocktail, every 15 minutes. Settles the stomach and hydrates as well. Do you have anything like that?

Also orange popsicles. Not sure why it works but they do.

Have you tried gently rinsing your mouth with some diluted mouthwash? Maybe that will help.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth out last year and went under a light sedation. The blood was disgusting to me and filling my mouth with gauze didn't help. If you're taking meds as well that could be causing some n*. I was told to use warm water with salt in it and swish it in the mouth to gently remove some excess blood. I'm sure you'll feel better in a day. It's just one of those things that we sometimes have to do and it makes us feel rubbish. It is highly unlikely that you will v* from a tooth extraction. Make sure you sleep upright as much as possible to reduce swelling and pain. No super hot or super cold foods if you can avoid it, but a nice warmish cup of tea would probably help and the little bit of sugar in it may pump up your blood sugar as I'm sure half of why you feel like this is because you're unable to eat properly. Feel better soon!

you can use salt water to clean it out, just don't rinse too hard. do you have stitches?

I would rinse with warm salt water when I got up, every time after I ate and anytime I was having pain. it helps your extraction site heal faster. No alcohol mouthwash though
