Someone please help!!! So scared!!!!

Ok so I just got home from work and felt fine all day. I haven't really had an appetite but besides this I felt pretty normal. I got home at about 1030 and started feeling n*. It keeps escalating and now I feel right on the verge. I took a phenergen but I still feel so horrible. I tried to go to the bathroom but that didn't help either. I'm so scared. Will 25mg of phenergen stop the v*? Should I take another. Please help
