Default questions about the grape juice theory???

so ive read a lot on here about drinking grape juice supposedly helps against noro or something?? well today I was at target and picked up some welch's concord grape juice. is this the correct one? because they also had 2 other types: welch's white grape juice and welch's cocktail juice(which was also grape I assume) and what exactly is it supposed to help with? do you drink it when you've become exposed or showing symptoms or does drinking it daily actually help prevent you from catching it??
any replies will be helpful!! thanks!

I'm pretty sure that's the right one, as long as it says 100% juice on it. What people say is that it changes the acidity in your stomach and intenstines so that the virus can't multiply. Same with apple cider vinegar. I've seen that you're supposed to drink a glass daily for maintenance and three glasses a day if you've been exposed.
