scared, think i made a mistake!

Hello, my boyfriend had a stomach virus over a week ago. Thankfully i did NOT catch it from him. But yesterday we were at a christmas get together and there were little kids and such, well as odd as it sounds, i have a cut in my nose. So wothout thinking (because it bothered me SO much) i stuck my finger inside my nose to put neosporin on it and i hadnt washed my hands! I know you have to ingest v* or d* particles and now im terrified that maybe i had touched somethinf (even though to my knowledge no one had been sick) and then when i was treating my cut in my nose, bam! Their in ny nose and ive breathed the in and now i will get sick! Is this possible?

I would say the chances of you getting sick from that are zero.
