    Unhappy Anxiety

I have a lot of anxiety and get worried a TON, is there any way to help stop being so anxious?
I can't sleep because my stomach feels weird (I might be nervous for school tomorrow idk entirely) and my friend recently gotten food poisoning and had said that her stomach hurt and she thought it was just nerves until she got sick.....it just stirred up a lot of bad memories or feeling weird but shaking it off and ending up sick.
    Argh I hate having emetophobia!!

hope you're feeling better.......i hate that anxiety too......sometimes i seem to have it for days and then it will be gone for a little while.

if im anxious at nite i try to lay still and imagine my toes falling asleep, then my legs, then my hips and just go up my whole body.........i usually fall asleep before i get to my head.......lots of deep breathing while i do this.....give it a try

I know this post is a little overdated but you cant let your imagination get to you, I do it a lot, but now Ive twisted it around to use it to make a completely amazing kinda imagination thing whilst falling asleep For me, that little area before you fall asleep is my favouritte time of the day! I love it! You can just let your brain wonder about some of the amazing things in life I know the anxiety is awful when it hits and I hope you're feeling better by now x

If it starts interfering with everyday life, see your doctor who can prescribe you some anti-anxiety meds. Hope you're feeling better.x
