I am new to this forum I don't know if it is ib the right section. I really regret that I have nothing constructive to say, I just feel awful. I am so sorry if this is just wasting your time, I just have to talk to someone who understands.I am sure you all do. I suffer from anxiety, emetophobia, depression... And I want to die. I would give anything to not feel the way I do.

I am sorry to just whine...I... Don't know.

Welcome to the emet family. Anything you need to talk about, you can here!
.I just want to feel safe in my own skin. I just want to be happy again. I just want to feel deep in my own world. But I’m so lonely I don’t even want to be with myself. <3

    Welcome to the site.

I'm sorry that you feel so down at the moment - is it your emet that is the main cause of you feeling so down or something else.

Please do not suffer alone but share withus on here and we WILL help you thru the tough times as only fellow emets can understand the full extent of your fear.

Perhaps to help us get to know you a bit more you could post something in the "Who are you?" sticky file at the topic of this forum.

Anyway - as every's saying - welcome to family

Hiya and welcome. You'll find lots of comfort and support here. I'm Ashley and I'm 16 years old and I've been diagnosed with OCD and severe depression. I also suffer from emetophobia. And for the past week or so I've wanted to die also. So you're not alone even if it may feel like you are.

If you ever would like to talk with me my screename (AIM/AOL) is in my signature. Again, welcome to the forum and I hope you feel better soon. ((hugs))

Aerodynamically the bumblebee shouldn\'t be able to fly, but the bumblebee doesn\'t know that so it goes on flying anyway.

    Welcome Tomv...

Everyone here will give you lots of help and support. Cruise the site and the sticky posts for help in treatment, inspirational stories, and even fun stuff like games, etc. If you're afraid there's always someone around who can talk you through it as well.

We've all been there or are there. Some of us (like me) have even come back from "there" and lived to tell about it - lol. There is hope and there is help along the way!
