    WOW! i made a huge triumph yesterday...


    Not only did i eat in a restaurant, i actually went to the cinema's after that [img]smileys/smilies_03.gif[/img]


    Ireally enjoyed the meal, i had chicken, with ham and cheese, in a tomato and herb sauce with chips [img]smileys/smilies_04.gif[/img]


    And then i went to the cinema to see 'a cindarella story' (chad michael murray is SO fit [img]smileys/smilies_02.gif[/img])


    and then i survived the last train home full of drunken men! lmao[img]smileys/smilies_04.gif[/img]


    and.... to top it all off..... i never had any chewing gum! (and i was out the house all day, as i went to the hairdressers in the morning... for 2 hrs!)

    i had a meal out at lunch too.... a tuna melt bagette, and a carrot cake for afterwards!


    I think my emet is slowly getting better.. well hopefully! I start college on thursday, so i'll see how long i can last without chewing gum or mints [img]smileys/smilies_02.gif[/img]haha [img]smileys/smilies_04.gif[/img]

    louise im sooo gald u handled that
    thats definately a step forewards!
    I went to a club yesterday and i danced soo much that my hair was
    dripping sweat and i lost 4 pound I CHECKED!!!
    foll of druggies and marijuana was evrywhere (it makes me naseous cause
    of past experiences)
    it was fun and i lasted till 5 am then fell as leep on the vomit comet (its a
    blue night bus that goes at night time) took hours to get home!
