I'm thinking about quitting my part time job at Pet Supplies Plus. I havent had any hours for three weeks now and I have to call today to see if I'm on the schedule for the next week. I will probably be on the schedule since I've been exposed to some kind of bug at my aunts house. That's just my luck. And besides, fall and winter is when my emet gets very bad. It's the time when I can't eat well, sleep or leave the house unless absolutely neccessary. I need to concentrate on my homeschooling now. I have to finish four years in two years which won't be a problem if I work hard. But if I quit my job I have no money for counseling and I need my counseling. I go every week and only pay a 25.00 copay but that adds up to 100.00 a month and lord knows my mom has a problem handing me copays. I was thinking about doing chores around the house to earn 50.00 every two weeks that way I can pay for my counseling. I dont know though.... What should I do people?

Yah, I agree as hard as it might be to go to work, it's actually HELPING you!! I hate my job, but I force myself to go in because it distracts me, and I can make some money instead of sitting around being a bum! HAHAHA, not saying that's what you're doing. lol.

Anywho, good luck with whatever you decide to do.
.I just want to feel safe in my own skin. I just want to be happy again. I just want to feel deep in my own world. But I’m so lonely I don’t even want to be with myself. <3

Yeah. I should just go otherwise I'll be right where I was last winter. This job has actually helped my emet in some ways. It's just after being off for three weeks I'm scared to go back and I'll have to get used to the environment again. AND, sick people will be coming in and I'll definitely be exposed to all kinds of nasty things. I'll stick it out...I guess. Edited by: mystikal star

I think it would be better if you keep the job. Because, I have stuck at home since about February and just lately I have been feeling well enough to look for a job, but no one will hire me. I have way too much time to think about my emet and I would rather have a job so I can keep my mind off of it!
It\'s all right to have butterflies in your stomach. Just get them to fly in formation.

Just called to see if I was on the schedule for this coming week and I'm not. This is one whole month now that I havent been on the schedule. Supposedly the hours are screwed and he has to cut some people so he's cutting the newest hires. I think it's time to quit and find something else. This is getting ridiculous. I enjoy the time off but I need money. Well, anyways, thanks for the advice.

thats a shame that they're not giving u the chance to work.... maybe u do need smthing else, which is a bit more reliable.. give u a bit of stability and normalness in ur life.. if tht makes sense.
