    I
dunno I'm afraid I may have some kind of virus or something. I am not n
or anything but feel just icky and I did have the runs before (sorry).
I just hope it doesnt turn into n because that would be really bad but
I dont think it was from anything that I had eaten. I woke up feeling
like this and I was feeling fine yesterday. I'm also really tired, so
    who knows.

Might just be that...just feeling kinda tired and rundown, I wouldn't worry much about it. Have lots of water, and try and rest up.
.I just want to feel safe in my own skin. I just want to be happy again. I just want to feel deep in my own world. But I’m so lonely I don’t even want to be with myself. <3

Thanks, I dont think that n will be an issue this time
so I can relax, right now anyway. I am just way over tired. I dont know
why, just am. I think I'm going to go to sleep soon! If I can,
depending if the kids are going to disturb me lol

Hmmm....I have never heard of tiredness causing the runs, but every once and a while, my body wants to "clean itself out" and I get soft stools. That might be it. It could be a virus. I'm not saying it is...but about 5 years ago, I had the runs for a few days with no nausea and then, on the last day of the illness, I did it. But, that may have been food poisoning. I do not remember well enough. Um....but many things can cause softer stools and the runs, so you probably will be fine, but I cannot tell for sure. Get well soon!

    Uggh
unfortunately I am feeling a little worse, yeah meaning I am slightly n
but not seriously-not so n that I have the need to panic. Yeah I think
the one thing I am going to have to do is so to sleep soon. And
tiredness alone doesnt cause d but I'm afraid I might have something.
    Uggh this is just dandy.

Aww hunn try to calm down and try not to worry. Your mind can do a lot of mean things to you, including give you nausea, if it WAS the flu, and I am not saying that it is, then it would prolly be just a flu that gives you the runs and not v*. But I wouldn't jump to conclusions until you see how you feel in the morning.

Ok, well best thing to do (besides sleeping) is distraction. If u like to read then grab a good book, or u could have a nice bath, or watch the telly etc etc. Just please dont sit thinking about how u r feeling because chances are that ur anxiety will increase. I hope that u feel better. Thinking of u!

    Yeah
I guess you are right. I'll go browse through topics not having to do
with v on google or something. Maybe I wont feel so horrible if I dont
think about it because now I am starting to worry.
