I've just been thinking about something. sage frequently mentions Bourne's Phobia and Anxiety Workbook. Anyone care to pick up a copy from the library or bookstore? Then we could all read a chapter or two a week of relevant topics, and we could comment on here about what we've learned and how we think that we might use it in our lives and to combat our phobia.

    Or not.

Just checking what people think - I know everyone has busy lives.

O.K., well, I had a crazy week, but I got ahold of the book. I am going to read Chapters 1 and 2 over the course of this week, and then next weekend, I am going to post about whatever I thought about while reading

Sounds good. I just looked at a bunch of reviews on Amazon, and the book looks interesting. I'll see if I can find a copy at my library.
