I like to work out a lot, and in fact I did it a lot more before my emet got really bad (about 2 years ago). Does anyone else have this problem? I mean sometimes in the middle of a workout I'll all of a sudden get a wave of panic/nausea and I have to leave. Then as soon as I get home I am fine and wish i could finish my workout. I especially have problems doing crunches/ab workouts because A.) if it causes my stomach to hurt the next day I am convinced i am sick and B.) emets and their stomachs are very delicate situations and who likes to mess with that! Does anyone else find that their emet bothers or interferes with there physical activity such as working out or cardio? It is really a pain in the butt. Thoughts?
