What do you eat after you know you have been exposed to a SV? I mean, do you only eat "safe" things or not eat at all. Just curious because I'm positive I have been exposed to the SV teaching recently and I am spazzing about what I'm eating. I don't want to ruin my safe foods, but I am not willing to try and eat things I deem unsafe either.
I pretty much stopped eating for a few days, which put me into ketosis (which is utter HELL!), so now I'm trying to eat more carbs to get myself out of it. I'm scared though because what I'm eating to get out of my ketosis are my safe foods, which I am afraid to V* if I do actually end up with a SV.
Suggestions?
