i'm new hear so bare with me!! not sure if i'm putting this in the right place


i just wanted to know if anyone else dosen't like being on there own because of the V* phobia. i can stay on my own for short periods if i know someone is coming back and what time i cannot stay on my own if i feel N* or ill, but when i was at my worse a few years ago i was never on my own for a year always planning what people were doing etc so i could be with my "safe" people...boyfriend, Gran + mum i couldn't be with anyone else apart from these 3 people in case i V*!!


does anyone else have this problem as aprt of there phobia?
