I've just bought (and eaten) a scotch egg from the supermarket
to have with my lunch. It was all packaged nicely, its use-by is the
9th November, and it tasted fine. However, I noticed when I'd
eaten half of it, that the meat didn't look cooked. It's a type
of sausage meat, and it had this pink tinge all over it. I think
I'm just being paranoid, as I know sausage meat can be pink, but it
usually looks more grey, I guess.

I'm starting to feel n* but I think it's just anxiety. Am I being silly? Do you guys think I'll be ill from it?
