I fried some cut up chicken tonight and I am worried that some of the raw juice splattered on a plate of brownies. The plate of brownies was about a foot and a half away from the pan. I didn't cut the chicken anywhere near the brownies, but while I was cutting it, the grease was splattering really bad. I am worried because it continued to splatter after I added the chicken. Do you think any would have gotten on the brownies? If so, would it contaminate them with salmonella and stuff? I ate a brownies after dinner without even thinking and now I am scared it will make me sick. What do you think? Am I safe?
