I know from other discussions that we tend to assume any Caution/Wet Floor sign in a public space (especially this time of year...) is v*.

I work in a major tourist attraction, and today we have 682 students from 9 different school groups here. So when I saw a fairly large spot just outside the exit...with a Wet Floor sign...I started to feel anxious. The only thing about this spot was that it was very large, like 2-3 feet in diameter. There were some splash marks against the wall, with the majority of the spot being on the floor, and no pieces of anything (but we do have an excellent cleaning crew). If it's not v*, what else could it be? Someone spontaneously throwing their drink against the wall?

What do you do when you see a Wet Floor sign and a very large wet spot??
