Ok guys I'm going to try to make this as short as possible, I am feeling weird, I had to take my mom to the hospital for an appointment today at 2p.m and we ended up waiting 3 hours, I started getting really angry because I don't live with my mom and where I do live, there's alot of traffic at 5, so I was working myself up because I had things to do at home and it was 5 already and I go to bed at 9 because I get up at 5 for work and etc.....

Now I've started feeling like my stomach is acting up and it is possible that its the stress and not the hospital (of course), but now that I'm learning more about my emet, its hit me that this situation had to something to do with control, and I couldn't control the situation I was in because I was not going to leave my mom there alone and then to walk home....

What do you guys think, they say its about control and thats where our panic comes from, isn't it really cool in a way to finally understand why your feeling the way you are?????

terified girl, i agree with you strongly. knowing WHY ur panicking can sometimes really help to get u thru.

i believe that you got stressed at the hospital and possibly felt a bit "bleugh" because of the stress of not feeling in control.

u probably thought that you know, ur mum wud get there, go in, come out... quite a quick process.. not having to wait for 3 hours for an appointment.

in a sitation lke that, i'd panic too, and i expect my stomach wud be doing gymastics making me feel a bit nauseous!

so yeah, i think u got it right there. =P

Aerodynamically the bumblebee shouldn\'t be able to fly, but the bumblebee doesn\'t know that so it goes on flying anyway.
