Help...I'm really freaking out...After I had dinner I realised my older brother didn't eat his dinner and I think he feels sick. He never gets sick and nothing can put him off his food!!!! I wish I had known before I ate dinner!!! I catch everything that comes into this house and I'm terrified right now. I'm so scared and I'm crying! I can't do this

X-girl.... calm it. there cud be a MILLION reasons why ur bro didnt eat his dinner.
maybe he IS ill, but just with a headache or smthing. maybe hes eaten too much cake today. maybe hes.. i dunno, starting a diet? maybe hes going out to dinner later... WHO KNOWS...
but even if ur brother is ill, it doesnt necessarily mean hes gnna get sick, and if he does, it doesnt necessarily mean YOU will. just keep ur healthy life-style going, dont panic, and im sure u wil be fine.

Please do not panic!! See, you are jumping to conclusions! I have to admit, I do this too, but there are HUNDREDS of reasons why he did not eat. Did he eat any of it?
It is true that he could be ill, but just like Jenneh said, these illnesses or conditions may not be gastroenteritis. Maybe the food that your family ora restaurant cooked was not something your brother liked. Even if he does vomit from it, that doesn't mean you will get it. JUST ABOUT ANYTHING CAN CAUSE NAUSEA! IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE GASTROENTERITIS! I hope you will not get anything. Give us an update on what happened, please!

It was a huge misunderstanding. It's amazing how quickly logic and reasoning go out the window with emet. I had my first CBT session this week and when I was panicking I completely forgot everything she had told me! This is so hard.
