I'd really like to read a testimony or a story about a severe emetophobe vomiting, what it was like, and how they dealt with it.

In a way, I almost want to vomit just to get it over and prove to myself that it's not really that bad ..

well since I don't have a fera of myself at all, I can't relaly share in this experience except to assume it was extremely unpleasant, I mean tbeing sick that much can't be fun, I had a day like that with an SV my first day of christmas break this year. I went about 5 years without throwing up and then got sick and every year since then, just about I've gotten something somehow, it's usually going away somewhere and eating food I'm not used to but I do have severe acid refluz which aids in the whole food not settling well with my stomach.
