Hi my manes Kathryn, im new on here today, my first time, its so good to know that others also suffer from this phobia, seriously i really did jus think it was me. People who dont understand jus think havin a phobia of v* is stupid n often my friends laugh at me, not in a nasty way, they jus cant understand, n the worst thing they say is "jus v* n it will stop u from bein phobic of it" but it wouldnt, i know for a fact it wud make me worse, i have suffered with this phobia for 11 years since i was about 10, it definitely has got worse over the past 5 or so years, i hate living like this i wish i cud live in a bubble or somethin so no one could breathe on me,lol, i know that sounds bit too weird n it wud never happen, i jus wish there was no such thing asv* or that i had a different phobia, of birds of heights or something not as disgusting.
