Well, I have been trying to diet by limiting my portions and laying off greasy, heavy foods. We used to eat alot of pasta (it's cheap and hubby's Italian), and we got sooooooo tired of it, so I've been cooking lots of steak, beans, chicken, veggies, rice, things like that. I've also been drinking grapefruit juice, heard it dissolves fat. Anyways, tonight we had leftovers, and one of the dishes was pasta w/olive oil and garlic sauce that I make. I also had a salad, which I haven't had for a while. Salad makes me poop! So, I had more pasta than I should have, and salad, and I also sauteed some mushrooms in butter and parsley. Now my stomach feels a combo of gassy, heavy, upset, sore and rumbly. I went to the bathroom and had salad-poop (sorry), but far from d*. I had a little ice cream to get the taste of mushroom and pasta out of my mouth. Now I will have some ginger tea. My Q is, do you think it could just be from the "heaviness/oiliness" of the pasta & mushrooms?? UGH! I am not n*, which is a relief!
