Hi my name is John and I have struggled with this phobia for almost 20 yrs now. Today is the first time I have ever tried to find a name for the condition I have. I am very glad to know that I'm not alone. It's amazing to read through the posts from others on this site and to know exactly how and what they are thinking and feeling.
