So..tonight, ironically, right after I left my counselor - thinking I was doing pretty well. I go out to dinner with my wife and as soon as I open my car door I see two huge puddles of V* right at my feet....I was in such shock that I could barely eat dinner...unfortunately we were meeting my in-laws there so I wasnt able to simply close the car door and drive off..but the entire time we were there I just kept having these terrible thoughts like..what if that person had SV and they were sitting at my table..or touched my menu..or had my cup...etc...and with all the stuff I have seen on the news lately about how viruses are all over rigth now. It was and is awful..i managed somehow to eat dinner (pizza) with my hands, not using any utensils in the place, or drinking from my glass..so I feel like i should be pretty safe but for the next three days I will probably be on edge.....I should be ok though right??

    Hey hun..

my god well done to you for managing to eat after that I know you had to be there because of the in-laws but you are VERY brave..

I recon with everything that everything you have done is fine and that you WILL be fine hun

maybe someone got travel s* or just had a little bit to much to drink after being out..

I hope you find some way to relax slightly.

    Take Care

That is pretty gross. Could be from drinking or any other reason. You will be fine. Think positive.

Just a precaution here, and this may seem silly, but when we go out to eat, we always clean our hands w/hand sanitizer after touching the menus, and sometimes we will wipe sanitizer on the part of the table we'd be touching as well.

I have seen a few of the those on the pavement lately but I generally put those down to people who have drunk too much!

You did well to eat something tho because it totally puts you off doesn't it!

Last night, I was travelling home on a late train because I had been out and it was a fairly packed train. Two guys were sitting near us and eating Macdonalds do I figured they were ok. I just happen to look over in their direction about 20 mins into the journey and one of them was sitting with his head down and between his legs and I saw him say to his friend better get off here! I started shaking internally and panicking and I heard the guy who was sitting next to him say, 'you were lucky you didnt wear the contents of his stomach then!' and laughed.

I couldnt look out of the train window in case I saw you know what! But for a short while I started panicking about - oh god, did he havea bug!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh - ruined my night once again, but I just keep telling myself he probably had too much to drink!

I always use hand sanitizer after touching menus, salt shakers, ketchup, etc...you cant be too careful.

It always amuses me how alike we all are!!!
