I woke up okay this morning was feeling much better than the past 2 days. I was actually thinking I was starting to feel better. Now all of a sudden I have the worst dizzy spell i have ever had. Does anyone know what to do to appease this? It is so bad. I have tried laying in bed, sitting upright.... nothing is working. Anyone have experience with this, and is so could you help!

Will motion sickness tablets help? I have some, but haven't taken any. Will that do the trick?

Thanks in advance for any help at all!

P.S.- What do the motion sickness tablets do?Edited by: j0nr0cks

yes, take motion sickness pills. That's what they are for. I cannot explain how they work, but motion sickness is usally caused by inner ear/vision imbalance, which is the same things as dizziness., so that is what motion sickness pills help.
