Well, after all that time, my friend last night complained of nausea,
but then the rest of the night seemed to be fine (even saying she was
craving different foods.) Then today I am walking back from the caf and
three girls behind me are talking:

"I hear there's a stomach virus going around campus."

I've yet to see that but of course it will worry me for the rest of the day if not a few weeks.

I wonder what are even the odds of me getting it... I haven't really
been exposed unless my friend really did get it; plus I would think the
law of averages was on my side (my last V* streak was six years and I
rarely fight it when it's coming), but I know that's wishful thinking.

I don't know if I've come to the point of not caring about this phobia anymore or what or if I'm somewhat cured, but my advice to you (easier said then done) is to try not to worry about it. The more you worry, the more anxious you will make yourself. Do something u like to take your mind off of it. If u happen to get sick whether it's from your friend or just in general, there's nothing u can do aboutit anyway, you know? I don't mean to sound harsh or anything. My attitude towards this phobia is so different now. I don't know where it'scoming from. I guess after so many years learning to just deal with it; I've gotten sick of it. It's time to live life and just say screw it.

I was diagnosed with general anxiety and panic disorder. I'm more afraid of panic attacks then I am of this phobia. I had a slight stomach bug a few weeks ago with just d*. I started to panic a little, but then I was thinking to myself. What can I do about it? Nothing. The only thing I wanted was hubby around. It wasn't that bad, but if it was, he would have come home for me.
