nerves can do alot of things to you. I think your starting to imagine things that are wrong with you, so much so that you're starting to believe something IS actually wrong with you. You need to focus on other explanations of why your feeling the way you do : for example, you may look pale, maybe you havent slept well, or most likely, its the winter and everyone looks pale around this time.
your mind is playing tricks on you. my professor said something to me the other day that really struck a cord: ( she's a neuropsychology professor of 40 some years) she said that your mind lies to you, all the time. In other words, you can't always trust what your mind is telling you, especially in the case of someone who is prone to irrational thoughts.
I'm not going to tell you that your okay. That won't do anything except calm you down as a quick fix, and in 5 minutes you'll be back to worrying again. you have to rationalize yourself.
