Maybe it's just me, but I took some off brand dramamine which for those of you who don't know is a medication to help prevent motion sickness, but it also helps you sleep, which was my purpose in taking it, and when I was taking it, it got stuck on my tongue and made me gag...and anti-nausea medicince made me gag...go figure!

Hehe! I'm laughing because I have sooooo.... been in your shoes! I have taken Dramamine to help me sleep before and for motion sickness. I hate it when the pill gets stuck on my tongue or in my mouth because it "melts" and the taste would always make me gag. Now I have such a high tolerance to the medication that it doesn't make me sleep anymore, but still makes the motion sickness go away.


I would just drink tons of water and suck on a mint to make the taste go away.

thanks, I ended up sleeping just fine, I'm much better now, got about 6 hours, wish I could have had more but that's ok
