Since we are in the midst of stomach virus season, I thought it might be nice to have a thread with some positive thoughts on it.

One good thing .......... January is almost over, and we made it through!!!!

As for me, I have made it through my daughter being sick this week. Trying hard not to dread thinking about my little ones getting it.

How about you guys?

Well, I turned 39 today, so that makes me V*--free for one more year now for a total of 16 years!

What a great (much needed) idea! I often think I have so much mind over matter in a negative way (exp. talk myself into feeling sick etc) I wish I knew how to use it positively lol.

OK, good thing I took my quizzes in physical science today and don't think I did too bad whew! Also Spring break is in March lol!

There are only 3 days left of January, unbelievable. No flu's in this house.
So, pretty soon it will be March break, and spring comes soon.
I am so happy to see spring come

I am feeling positive after having an sv and my children and husband not catching it, also it has made me face up to my fear and decide to get some help for the phobia after living in fear for as long as I can remember. I have also discussed the phobia with my husband where in the past he knew I had a fear of v* but did not know to what extent. He has been more supportive since and our relationship is back to being wonderful after a bad couple of weeks.

Positive thoughts?? I made it through a 7 hour surgery without v* (even though I wanted too) I am remaining strong through my recovery, and the most postive, THE SURGERY WENT WELL!! I couldn't ask for more...or wait, I have the most wonderful boyfriend in the whole world. Who over the past couple of days has done nothing but wait on my hand and foot, picked me up to take me to the bathroom every hour, kept smiling and keeping me postive when I was in pain. I have to say that he is one of the main reasons why I am doing so much better. I love him so much and he is so great to me. Scott if you read this I love you!!!
