Hiya every1, im a thirteen year old girl from the uk. Out of interest i looked up a fear of sickness, thats when i found this!! I never knew this was so common. I would like someone to write a message back to me. I thought i was silly but obviously not!!

Thanx for welcoming me! I dunno how i really got this phobia. For some reason, every friday night, i used to feel sick when i was going to sleep. It was really strange, n suddenly i felt scared n full of fear. I don't really feel as bad now but a lot of the time when i don't feel so good, i just talk to myself and try and take my mind off it, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. Now i find that i have a fear of it. I thought i was silly but when i saw this, i nearly fell through the floor! lol.

I know exactly what you mean with the whole feeling sick at night thing. I didn't really have this phobia until a few years back when veery Sunday night I kept feeling sick and sometimes got sick. These people are fantastic though, and hopefully you'll be able to feel a bit better as you'll have lots of people like yourself to talk to (I'm fourteen).
