All of a sudden I just feel so sick. I'm so worried I'm going to get sick!!! I'm really stressed out and went out last night and had a bit too much to drink...but it's now the next night and I should be feeling better. I just took a gravol, but my stomac feels really weird...I'm so scared. HELP.

.I just want to feel safe in my own skin. I just want to be happy again. I just want to feel deep in my own world. But I’m so lonely I don’t even want to be with myself. <3

It could still be the effects of the alcohol - some people who have overdone it with the old drinking can take a couple of days to recover, my fiance is like that. Drink plenty of water and rest up, you should be feeling ok again very soon.

If you had too much to drink the night before you could still be feeling the effects of the alcohol. When I used to drink I could be feeling like crap until 2 days later. I don't think you have a stomach flu. Drink lots of water to get it out of your system and eat something light. With the drinking the night before and taking a gravol could make you feel crappy to.

At least you are brave enough to drink. I have heard that hang-overs can be horrible, even for a day or two. Just hang in there and if it doesn't seem to go away, see a doc. Meanwhile, stick to the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast) and be nice to your stomach. Have you tried any anti-acids or other things to settle your stomach?

you're worked up, and over anxious.. the thought of having one too many has planted a seed of doubt that you will become ill.. and you won't!
..it would have happened by now
