I've been awake for about 2 hours and usually that's when I finally start getting hungry. Well as soon as I got up this morning I had a bad feeling that I was going to get sick today, and my stomach hurt like a gassy feeling. Now I just had d*!!!!! I've been nervous since I got up but my stomach really was hurting first because of the gas I guess, it doesn't really hurt now but it's rumbling and I'm scared to death! I'm supposed to go run errands with my boyfriend in like 30 minutes.....what do I do???? Why can't I overcome this???!!!! I wish to God that I would just feel hungry, then maybe I'd know I'm not sick!!! And I wish my stomach would stop rumbling!!!

How are you feeling now? Early morning is tough for me, whenever i feel like that it is usually early in the morning, but it usually passes.

My belly is still making noises but it doesn't hurt. I don't know if the anxiety is making me afraid to eat or if I really am nauseous, but I'm still not hungry. I'm wondering if I should try a piece of toast? Even the thought scares me. My bf is actually in the next room still in bed, he worked half the night. He knows about my anxiety but I don't think he understands...he would never get so worked up over anything so it's hard for him to imagine I guess. I'm so scared I'll leave and then get d* trying to run these errands...but we have to leave soon because he has to go back to work in about 5 hours! Gosh I'm scared.

I'm going to go get my son dressed andclean up my room...that usually helps calm the anxiety...then when I calm myself down I'll see if this is really nausea or just a nervous stomach. Be right back. And thank you all for replying so fast, I don't know what I'd do without you all. I feel so secure knowing someone is always here.

Did you eat something last nite that's likely to cause gas? also,
if your nerves happened to be bad last nite, that usually gives me d
    the next morning.

when you're feeling better, try and explain the extent of your anxiety
to your bf. i know it's a hard hurdle to jump, but he can learn
to be a great source of support and comfort if he knows what you're
    feeling.

i hope you're feeling better now!

How are you feeling now? Try Rolaids or Zantac, that always helps me out with an upset stomach or gassy feelings.

Well, I turned out to be fine yesterday. I don't know what caused that d* except for the panic. Every time I have d* it makes my lower abdomen feel off all day, so of course all day I was afraid of that pain being a sign of more d*. I did eventually get hungry but it was late afternoon, so I ate and no more d*. I felt the same way again today so I guess I'll just learn that feeling as a false alarm! It is so hard to tell the difference between real nausea/pain and panic.

My bf did a good job of distracting me from the anxiety. He doesn't quite understand these feelings or the extent of them (I would never let on about some of the things emet makes me do) but he gets worried and tries to help. We took my son to the playground after our errands were finished and that helped so much. Thanks for your support guys!
