Okay, here's my brief moment of shame.
When I was in my teens,I was addicted to Gravol. i was skinny and took up to 6 pills a day and was in a constant haze. My parents finally discovered what I was doing and stopped buying Gravol as they knew i was taking to it prevent myself from ever v*ing.I then bought it secretly and it wasn't until I v* after taking a Gravol one time that I stopped taking it religiously. In fact, I havn't touched the stuff in 4 years. I switched to something entirely different, Ginger Tea. A hot steaming cup of Ginger Tea not only calms me, but makes my n* go away very quickly, especially is the n* is due to stress and panicking. Youcan buy a lot of different types of Ginger Tea but the one that I find works the best is Traditional Medicinals Ginger. It is sweet and spicy and very good and even after a meal it feels good. I have also taken Natural Gravol (Ginger Tablets) and they work too.
I never feel guilty about taking these type of treatments, I have also been to hypnotherapy and that has helped. I'm not saying that this works for everyone, but for me, who doesn't liek the idea of being medicated, it has helped. I suggest everyone try the tea as it is a good accompanying treatment to anything else.
