So went out shopping today, had to go on a train hate them :S, all those people ect.

Then shopping eating out,it rained its so windy,I was absolutly freezing and had only had about 3 hours sleep if that before I went.

Actually had to come home at 1pm as I had 3 pannic attacks while I was out, felt so s* and ended up nearly collapsing but I dont think my partner noticed.

I am now sitting down ive had something to eat still absoltuly freezing, shaking, worried I may have picked something up,I really really hope not,its begining to make me feel s* with nerves.

On the way there on the train there way someone eating beside me and on the way home,my god it was awful.

Dont really know what to think at the moment just feeling really nervous and tired.

    Violet,

I know that it was a nagative, hellish day for you, but look at the positive here...you were able to get out of your house even though you experiences the anxiety and fear. Be proud of yourself, there are a lot of people out there that are not able to even take that step. Give yourself a little more credit for your accomplishment. You said that you nearly collapsed and your partner didn't notice?? Can you talk to them about your anxiety and situation. I kind of have a signal with my husband where I squeeze his arm when I am feeling really anxious and he understands and we will leave the situation. Its a comfort to me just to know that he understands and is there to help me if I need it. A lot of my panic attacks have stopped just knowing that he is there if I need his help. I am sure that you DIDN"T pick anything up, but I understand the fear.. Plus...It sounds like it is cold enough out there to freeze all of the germs!!
