ok i was in the gym today and my friend took a sip out of my drink then handed it back to me i took a sip not thinkin to much. then after the fact he said he was sick (he stoped throwing up on friday night he said) and i started flipping out then he said it ws probably the 3 day old maccaroni and cheese he had 5 hours earlier. i gave the drink to my lifting partner then becuz he said if i didnt want it he would take it so he drank it. do u think i am at risk like i said the last time he said he threw up was on friday and it is now tuesday should i be concerned?!?!?! im flippin!

Hey,If your friend thinks that it was because of the macaroni then hopefully thats what it was.


Now that it is tuesday it has had quite a while to get out of his system.

I think you're gonna be fine. I was s* almost w/i a day or so that Anthony and Mike were s*.. and one of my uncles who was visiting got s* a day later when he went home.


Point being.. You would have been s* by now

I think you will be ok too, one time right before my daughter got sick with rotavirus, she got her SPIT in my eye and I didn't get sick!!
