So we all have our little things that we do to keep us safe from sv's* and to make sure we feel alright and more comfortable with the situation around us.

I was wondering if we would like to share a few of the things that we use and do to help us feel better with our Emet.

I myself take alot of vitamin pills and also Echinacea which is a herbal tablet that boosts your immune system.

I also carry around alcohol gel, they use it in hospitals to help fight infections, but, you can buy it over the counter in tubes to use it helps alot if you are having to shake hands with alot of people or in enviroments that you find are not as clean as you would like.

I do also drink alot of water to help me to stay dyhidrated and less dizzy.

Also trying to keep my sugar intake up after meals keep me from getting dizzy.

Then after reading a post on here think it was either today or yesterday about cranberry juice thats another im onto now lol.

So what does everyone else do that makes there lifes a lil easier?

Ginger Altoids, Bonine (meclizine) occasionally, lots of hand sanitizer.

These things seem to get me through. The meclizine has a side effect of calming and sometimes drowsiness which is really nice if you are in panic mode. I try to not take it more than once a month though.
