I'm so sore! My neck and jaw feel very tense and sore....it's kinda awkward to move my neck around.

I've been stiff for a while now and I went for a massage today...and she really worked my neck and back. I go for massages often but I'm very very VERY sore now.

Any ideas what I can do? She said I'd feel better tommorow for sure.

I've already had a warm bath, had tons of water and something to eat.
.I just want to feel safe in my own skin. I just want to be happy again. I just want to feel deep in my own world. But I’m so lonely I don’t even want to be with myself. <3

Some drug stores (and supermarkets) carry a spray product called
Linomist. It's not sold everywhere but it's very good at relieving pain
from a stiff neck etc. You spray it on and it smells minty and wears
    off after a while.

A hot shower might also help.

Crazy- is there a possibility that your pain is caused by the way you sleep? There are better formatted pillows which can provide support to your head and neck- my ex had them and they are awesome!

That, and as 65roses put it- a heating pad or patch does help.

On a completely different note- 65- I LOVE your attached picture.
