Is there anything in particular that you're worrying about?

    hi guys -

no, there's nothing in particular I am stressed about, i jsut think my job in general is killing me. My anxiety got TERRIBLE when i started it in February. i went on Lexapro in September and have been doing fairly well since then although still hating my job...maybe it is because I am on my period this week and that always tends to make my anxiety higher as I feel yucky.

I took one more Xanax, so now It's been about an hour and my heart has slowed down but I am still not feeling comfortbale at all...I dfon't know what the heck the deal is!! I wish i could jsut freakin walk out on this job and never come back!!!

Deep breathing, and keep telling yourself over and over that you are safe. THis will get you through the attack. Hope you are feeling better!

Gosh...I hope you are now feeling better. I used to get panic attacks alot..but Im on Klonopin and its been working great.

When I did get bad panic attacks, i used to tell myself..." Its mind over matter. Its all in your mind... just relax".
