OK, so I was working out and I burped. And when I burped, some acid came up, too. Is this normal? It scared me for a number of obvious reasons. I am supposed to meet some friends out right now but I am scared to death!!!! What if this is a sign that I am coming down with SV or am going to V tonight? My stomach is in knots, but I can't tell if it is just nerves. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are not coming down with anything, it happens sometimes. It happens to me a lot especially if I am exercising or anything like that. It's not nice but nothing at all to be worried about. Go out and have fun sweetie!
Be courageous, believe in yourself, and be the best woman you can be. I'm with you all the way.

That happens to me quite a bit. It's nothing! Don't worry about it! Go out and have fun, like HippyChick said!

Yup, it's all cool. Nothing to worry about. When I jog, that often happens to me, but it doesn't lead to sickness.
