I'm sure it's all stress/pregnancy related. I need to eat but have no desire to do so. But, because I haven't eaten much, I feel n*. I can't wait for the first trimester to be over! Plus, I haven't gotten enough sleep the last two nights. I have noticed a big difference in how I feel when I am overtired. I just want to go home and go to bed .

Aww, I hope you feel better. Can you nibble on some saltines? How much longer til the first trimester is over? I thought I wanted to get pg, but now I'm afraid because of everything you are going through.

kellybean - don't be afraid! It really isn't that bad. Some days are just better than others. I actually kind of cured the problem! A coworker and I were discussing where I should order my husband's graduation cake from and my stomach just started growling thinking about it! I was able to go right back to my desk and munch on crackers - no problem.

As far as the pregnancy goes, it really isn't that bad. I love not having to wonder when my period is going to show up! I think the worst part is the fatigue, which I hear fades in the second trimester. I am also getting tired of not being able to find clothes that fit. I am too big for my normal clothes, but too small for maternity clothes. I tried going up a size in normal clothes, but that didn't work either. Oh well, I actually love it everytime I have to put a pair of pants away because they won't zip anymore. It just shows me how much my baby is growing! I also have been pretty lucky in not really having morning sickness. The times, like today, when I do get n* aren't really a v* kind of n*. It's more like when yo are so hungry, you know you need to eat, but you feel too bad to try. Saltines really do work when this happens! I'm 9 weeks now, so I suppose"real" morning sicknesscould still hit, but it seems to hit most people by now. I have about 4 more weeks until my second trimester. Yay!

I wouldn't trade it for the world. I was really nervous about morning sickness and all of that, but I cannot wait to hold this little baby when it's born. The time between doctor's appointments is torture, wondering if everything is still going alright. I am so glad I did get pregnant, and will definitely do it again.

    Hi Sillygirl.
I was exactly the same with my pregnancy. I never had any morning
sickness at all. And I used to think if I felt sick that it was a good kind
of sick, because it reminded me I was pregnant, and was quite
reassuring to some degree. So even if you do still get m/s, which I
very much doubt you will now, look on it as a good thing - if you can!
Treasure your peace and quite now though, mate - once babe arrives
your feet won't touch the ground!!!!
    Keep smiling!!

when is your due date? I am 10 weeks 6 days...almost 11 weeks. My due date was moved to July 6th. I had another ultrasound last Monday. Boy has my little bean grown!! I saw it moving all around with its little arms and legs.

Have you tried Unisom with B6? Let me tell you...it works WONDERS for nausea. I take it at night and I dont feel sick at all the next day. My doctor recommended it...its wonderful!

I am battling fatigue too...really bad. I am also getting sick with something...cold maybe?

    Things will only get better.

madisonsmom...i hope you feel better. my son has had a terrible cough and fever and I have a sore throat that I have had for over a week, but nothing else. I know how awful it is pregnant and feeling cold/fluish, so get rest.

sillygirl...if you think you are tired now, wait till that little one gets here. I remember thinking that the fatigue from being pregnant was so bad and that if I could just get that baby here, i would be fine.. HA HA HA My son is almost 4 and I am still complaining of tiredness. He sleeps o.k., but I get worn out cleaning, laundry, soccer, school, making meals, playing etc.....

TRY to live each day like it were your last

I thought my due date was July 14, but my doctor moved it to July 17. I know it's only 3 days, but I hate it! So I guess I am 9 weeks and 1 day. My "weeks" used to change of Fridays, and now it's Mondays. I hate the fact that I have to make it through the weekend now before I can say I am further along. I don't know if this makes any sense or not.

I haven't tried anything for the n*. It really is never that bad. It just gets a little worse when I don't eat regularly or when I don't get enough sleep. Hopefully it won't ever get to the point where I need to take something!

I am so excited for you that you got another ultrasound! My next appointment is in 2 weeks, but I don't think I will get another ultrasound. She said we will check the heartbeat, but I would really like to see it again too! Maybe I will be able to talk her into it!
