Okay my stomach hurts. It's not really like the nausea kind of hurt (Although it is making me nauseaous) It just sort of aches. Also both of my legs are achy and sore...does this sound like a virus or something to you guys?

Hey Monica- were you really active today? I know I feel the same way if I work out and it hasn't been awhile.

I'm not going to say it's not the flu (which also sometimes gives me the full-body ache)- but if it is, I know that that 'type' of flu (the 'ouch' kind as opposed to the 'ewww' kind) hasn't made me throw up. Just felt run down for a few days. Do you have a fever? That would maybe be a sign.....and if so, you can take a tylenol or something to bring it down/make the aches go away.

Can you take a hot bath and thenlay down for a bit? Maybe its just your body telling you that you need some rest.

    Feel better!!!!!!

It might be telling me I need to rest. I started computer classes this week and I have to get up at 6:00am...which until now I had been getting up at 1:00pm. I probably just need to settle in to my new routine. Also the other day when I was sitting down I sat wrong (I was sitting on the floor) and I did something to my leg. But now both of them hurt. Maybe I just need to sleep.

OMG.. My ass muscles have hurt all day! I wonder why!? haha! Okay... If you have been getting up at a different time.... that can play a huge part.... Since I work in retail, we have all kinds of different hours. I had to get up at 5:30am today and I felt n* ever since. I'm sure you will feel better after a little sleep!
