Sorry to hear, icicle! I'm right there with you girl, I hate cramps with a passion. I'm not one to rely on meds for things like that, but I do take a painkiller and then just take it easy for the day. There's alot of rumours out there about certain vitamins which can help make the pain lighter - vitamin C may be one, and omega 3...or something, I'm not really sure. There are lots of little things you can do to make things easier

Hi i can totally sympathise. I also get bad stomach pains and feel very n*. However I dont mind as you know it is only a natural function and not an sv. I just take paracetamol which usually helps stop the bad for a while.

I understand how you feel, too. I used to get horrible cramps, and curl up in a ball clutching my stomach. Then I went on birth control pills and it changed everything. The funny part was I was TERRIFIED of the pill before I started taking it, thinking I would have a bad reaction and get sick. Instead, now I have periods that are light and cramp-free.

If your cramps are really bad, you might want to consider bc pills if nothing else works for you. I am not a doctor, but I do believe they make most women feel better when it comes to menstrual cramps.
I must face my fear.
I will allow it to pass over and through me.
When it has gone past I will turn my inner eye to see it\'s path.
Where it has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain. -Dune

I understand but honestly the best thing to do is drink tons of water and do light cardio...like a walk or a jog, it will ease your pain and end the n*. Also being on birthcontrol totally helps with cramps and n* and it also makes the last shorter.
I love Sam
