I hope this finds you all doing well!

As I posted earlier in the week, I'm going through a break up and as many of you probably (hopefully) do, I have not eaten much. I haven't eaten anything in the last 36 hours, less a coke I had yesterday and am sipping on now. Well, a few minutes ago I was just sitting at my desk and go the feeling like I was going to pass out. The room started spinning. It only lasted a few seconds, but wasterrifying!I have not eaten literally for weeks before, so I don't think it's the lack of food...any ideas what may be going on?

I'm a bit worried to get up, as I have an appointment 30 minutes from now and need to leave the office and drive. I really don't know what to do!

    Thanks for reading!

awww hunny its ok *hugs* it sounds like your just dizzy from
dehydration and low blood sugar. Are you feeling a little shaky too? If
you are i would deffinately say it low blood sugar. If you still cant
bring yourself to eat anything, maybe you can try sipping something
sugary like coke or sprite and it will perk you up a little.

You are not going to be sick, im certain of it, just try to get a
little sugar and liquid in you and you will feel better pretty quickly.
If you still feel too dizzy to drive can you get a bus or a lift from
    someone?

I agree...you need to bring your blood sugar level up, and get the water or something into you. I'm thinking that it is definately the problem, but if you find that you eat and get rehydrated and still feel dizzy, could be an ear infection. I passed out once from that, it was crazy scary. But, with your lack of food and sugars, I think you need to eat, and drink (water)!!!!

Get healthy hun, men aren't worth your health. (easier said then done, i know)

I also agree. You should try to eat something. Even if its a small bit of something. Your body is probably just telling you that you need some food I feel you though. I would be going through the same thing if my b/f left me

I agree w/ the others. It is probably from no food and plus the stress of the break up. I hope you eat something and start feeling better soon!

Thanks everyone! I just (yes, I know...12 hours later) had a little dinner. I needed protein. The second I had some I started to feel better. Thanks so much for all of your kind words...just the kind of support I need right now!!

I'm glad youa re better too! I understand not feeling like eating when you are stressed and down but could you try even just peanuitbutter and crackers or soemthing little so that you won't feel so bad? In school I skipped lunch alot because of emet stuff and just that used to make me feel worse so I can't imagine how you've been feeling. Take care!
