scared - help!

i know this is gonna sound really gross, but i really need help, im terrified!


ive have really bad d* all day and it wont stop, and although i've only just started feeling sick i'm really scared im going to v*


i need reassurance! please help!

Calm down and sit on the toilet. Maybe try some immodium AD or pepto Bismal, I'd go with pepto bismal because it may at least coat your stomache and not only alleviate the d*, but make your stomache feel better... or at least calm it down a little. I'm sure you won't v*. There seems to be a lot of d* on this board recently, but no v*, so I'm sure you'll be fine... maybe something you ate, or just a d* bug

If you've had d* all day then you've probably emptied yourself -
have you eaten anything, because if you haven't there would be
pretty much nothing to come up anyway - you may be feeling
nauseous because you're empty or dehydrated. Little sips of water
and try and do something that takes your mind off it.
