Earlier today I just didn’t feel right. I had no appetite, but didn’t actually feel sick or anything. This was around lunch time. For breakfast I ate a couple of donuts at work, but didn’t feel like eating anything for lunch. Then at about 1:00, we had a birthday “thing” for a coworker. Someone brought in one of those huge chocolate chip cookies with frosting so I had a little bit. Now my stomach is stating to hurt. I keep getting these waves of stomach cramps. Is this the beginnings of a sv? The son of a girl I work with was v* yesterday. I tried not to let myself get worked up thinking she brought it in here, but maybe she did? Or maybe I caught something from somewhere else? All I have eaten was junk food today (donuts and the cookie) so maybe it’s just a sugar overload and I need some real food, but I am not hungry at all. The thought of food is just blah. Any advice? I really just want to go home now, but I still have about an hour and a half before I can.

I think you have eatten too much junk. i doubt it is an SV. Also, condiser that the co-workers kid may not have an SV.. My son had V*'d for two days, last night and all today and we went to the Dr. and it is an upper respritory infection. Not contagious. My point is, kids get s* a lot and thankfully it's not always an SV.

hope you are better. eat some real food or crackers and soda and see if it is better.

How is your son doing now, gubba? You sound like you handled it well. I normally eat a lot of junk (very unhealthy, I know) and rarely does it actually get to me. That's why it is hard to believe that too much sugar is the cause for me, buit you are probably right. I think I will go home and make a nice healthy dinner - no junk food. Hopefully I will feel better. As far as the girl at work's son, she's not sure what he had. He v*d once at daycare in the morning, didn't eat lunch, then after he ate a snack in the afternoon he v*d again. She left work and picked him up and he never v*d again. He is back at daycare today. He didn't eat anything else yesterday, but he did keep some fluids down. She thinks it was probably something he ate.

I think you ate too much junk food! Thats probably why your stomach hurts. Like the donuts and cookie cake...there is no sort of nutritinal value in them and thats probably why you feel yuck!

Well, I ate a decent dinner and my stomach still hurts.I don't know if it's just indigestion or what. I am drinking a Sprite right now. Hopefully it will help. I took a shower and stuff, but then my mouth got really dry which made me nervous because it did that last time I was sick. I am trying to stay calmthough. I really hope I'm not sick. I always thought that when you had a sv it came on fast not slowly throughout the day.
