    Hi!

I was wondering if anybody else sometimes felt like they almost throw up from the hiccups? I just had bad hiccups and I felt like I was about to throw up from it. I was thinking it's probably because when you have the hiccups yourdiaphragm contracts and I think when you throwup it also does that. One time when I was a child Iwas feeling sick and had the hiccupstoo andwhen Iwent "hik" I threw up at the same time. But it's never happened since.

Just wanted to ask you this cause I'm curious.

Yes this haapens to me too to some extent. yesterday in fact! had the hiccups, which were pretty strong and felt 'stuff' rising in my stomach (!). Quickly held my breath and the hiccups went away...

Yes--this happens to me quite often--I had wondered if anyone else had the same problem. I frequently feel like *v* if I have the hiccups, especially if they don't go away. Drinking water supposedly helps them but that makes me feel like *v* even more. I had them for so long a few weeks ago that my stomach was actually sore after they finally went away!
