I think I just need some general reassurance! I am writing out in a journal everything I can remember about v* and my phobia of it, to give to my psychologist on Tuesday. I have explained all the easy stuff and some hard stuff, and now it seems like I have come to the hardest things of all. Sometimes I start to cry or panic just writing about it. But I do need to finish it for Tuesday, and I just want to get through it (along with a big paper on a symphony I have due that day!!). Has anyone else ever tried this, writing absolutely everything out and letting someone read it? Did it help?

    Thanks for listening!

I did put all my feelings and fears down in writing quite a few years ago, but not to show anybody, just to kind of get them out my system if you know what I mean. It did help - and I'm sure it would have helped further sharing what I wrote with somebody who would havesympathised - like an understanding family member, friend or therapist. I am sure it will help you, so stay strong and keep battling on with your writing, putting down exactly how you feel and how you cope with everyday life. Good luck with everything!
