exposure therapy

i heard there was help with exposure therapy on this site.. iv had a
good look around and cant find where to go to get it. can anyone tel me
how to get to it?! im seeing a psychiatrist for my anxiety and on
antidepressants but feel a lil exposure therapy might help that little
bit more to help deal wit this horrible phobia!<!--
