Well, last evening, Greg and I went to Wal Mart to pick up a prescription and on the way in---HUGE puddle/pile, whatever of IT--I saw it from the car and wouldn't use the door it was by, but tons of people walked right by it, stepped around it, and nobody seemed bothered or grossed out by it---one little girl stepped on the outskirts of it--now I would be going in and Lysoling my kids' shoes, but this family didn't warn her to watch where she walked or even cared when she DID step in it!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is wrong with people--or what is wrong with me??????

No Donna, nothing is wrong with you. I dont care if you are emet or not v* is still gross. My next question would be, why in the heck didnt someone say something to the appropriate people at Wal-Mart and get it cleaned up. (Im not talking about you and Greg.) I wouldnt have walked near it either!!!!

How awful, I just hate it when there's a pile of the stuff on the pavement and you are happily walking along, just to be confronted by the most revolting sight... then the image usually keeps popping back up in my head, bleurrrggg

That is completely gross. Why didn't one of the workers clean it up? As I've said before, you see EVERYTHING at Wal-Mart. I posted something similar a few weeks ago and I had another experience there this weekend, kind of emet related.

Hubby and I went to a register at Wal-Mart to check out and there was a man in front of us. I noticed that he had some bleeding wounds on his arm and he was holding a paper towel around his arm. He was bleeding quite a bit to be standing in line at Wal-Mart. I'm not sure what was going on, but apparently he didn't have enough money to pay for what he had bought. He was arguing with the cashier so we just got in another line where a few older women were checking out. I heard one of them say to the cashier "Honey are you going to get sick?" Then I noticed she was rather pale. I started panicking inside but tried to hide it. She kept her hand over her mouth and gagged a few times but thankfully she didn't get sick. The entire time she was still checking people out. I heard her saying "That is so nasty, that is so nasty". I guess the sight of the man's gaping wounds was making her sick. The wounds were rather nasty, but I was much more concerned about the possibility of her *v*. When we left, the man was still arguing with the other cashier about the money.

Just my little Wal-mart emet story for the day! I have to take some stuff back at lunch today--hope I don't have any emet moments while I'm there!
